Hi! I’m DJ Francis. I’m a recent graduate of Quinnipiac University with a bachelors degree in Graphic & Interactive Design, with minors in Game Design.

My name is DJ Francis. I am a graphic designer currently studying at Quinnipiac University. I am passionate about UI and UX along with other aspects of design. As seen in my Hello Talk redesign, I love the idea of solving the problems of others through design. Because I love technology, I think it is important to have the technology look and feel good to use while being intuitive. Outside of designing, I immerse myself in beautiful fictional worlds, connect with friends online, and more. As a fan of technology, I love using it in all forms. I am always fascinated learning the ins and outs of technology to see how human ingenuity has progressed from someone banging on a rock to make a tool to machines in space and artificial intelligence

There are things not related to technology that I enjoy, Languages are fascinating and I wanted to learn how to learn them. This approach is something not seen in traditional academia however I think it is important to learn how to learn. I also love foreign music with some of my favorite songs being from Japan and Korea. I've lived in Connecticut for my entire life so I would love to travel all around the world someday and I am excited to venture out into the workforce and understand life and adulthood on a personal level. One fun fact about me is I had a yo-yo collection in high school. I still take them out now and then to do some tricks.
